If your Personal Trainer or Diet Coach tries to sound clever, talking about Protein, Carbs, Fat and Macro Nutrients. Or tells you you have a fast or slow Metabolism, settle up your Months fees and sack em off.

This is what your Metabolism looks like and chances are your current coach understands way less than they think they do.

Thankfully weight loss is a lot simpler than this diagram.

If you want to speed it up, abstain from exercise (esp. High Intensity) till you reach your target weight.

Sounds too good to be true i know but once you understand the futility of macroconfusion and that it's as easy as just eating real food and breathing out those excess calories that have been stored as fat you will see the weight fly off.
